Nothing is off the shelf. Tick what you know and the list narrows. If no rim fits, we can look into a special order.

The price does not depend on the rim, except +€10 from 27C upwards.

Read before you ship

Check these points before shipping

  • Aluminium only. We do not rebuild carbon wheels.
  • J-bend spokes only. Straight-pull hubs cannot be rebuilt on our lines.
  • Send the hub only. A complete wheel, or a partly stripped one, means a stripping charge on top.
  • Outbound carriage is at your expense. The return is included. Insurance up to €500 is available.
  • Hub motor: check the cable. Split sheath or bare wire: see a motor specialist. We neither touch it nor check it.
  • Flanges: look around the spoke holes. Tensioning can break a tired flange: rare, invisible to the eye, beyond our responsibility.
  • Pack it carefully. A box of the right size, ideally with polystyrene protection.

How long does it take?

48 to 72 hours after we receive the hub, Chronopost return included.

What exactly do I send?

The hub on its own, stripped from the wheel. A complete wheel, or a partly stripped one, means a stripping charge on top.

Is my wheel eligible?

Aluminium rim and J-bend spokes. No carbon, no straight-pull.

Who pays for shipping?

Outbound is at your expense, the return is included. Insurance up to €500 is available.

How do I know my hub is still good?

Three two-minute checks: side play, axle rotation and the freehub body.

Can I change the rim width?

Yes. The selector shows the neighbouring widths at equal dimensions, with the matching rim tape.

How much does it cost?

€160 including VAT per wheel, return carriage included. Rims of 27C and wider — Kargo XL and Trucky — add €10. Trade customers have their own price, on request.
